FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is the show reduced mobility-friendly?

PAM, Paris Accompagnement Mobilité, is a specialized and adapted transportation offer for people with reduced mobility, organized by Paris City Center.

Wheelchairs* are available to visitors with reduced mobility throughout the visit - staff at the information desk are available to help you at the main entrance to the Porte de Versailles (Gate A). For outside information desk opening hours, please contact staff at the Main Security Center, if necessary.

All car parks have dedicated reduces mobility parking spots.

Is there a left luggage office or a cloackroom?

A cloackroom is available at the entrance of the show. It costs €3 for small items and €4 for large items such as suitcases.

Please, collect your items 30 minutes before the closing.

NB : if you have a VIP badge, you can use the cloackroom for free.

 

Can we eat at the fair?

There are several snacks bars and restaurants inside the show and nearby outside.

 

Can I withdraw mony at the show?

6 cash withdrawals are available 24/7 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and especially:

Main alley, Gate A

Pavilion 3, Gate A

 

Is there wifi access at the show?

You have free access to the Business Center which provide Wifi, photocopying, fax and other services.

 

How to get an invitation letter for my VISA?

All foreign nationals wishing to come to France must be able to produce regulatory proof at the border relating to the purpose of their stay, their means of subsistence and their accommodation.

In general, unless an exemption exists, a VISA is necessary. It must be requested and obtained before departure, from the French Embassy or Consulate in the applicant's country of residence.

MPV Paris assists you in your VISA application process.

Here are the steps you have to complete:

Order your badge on the website

Request your invitation letter on your confirmation message

Print out and present this letter together with your VISA application at the French Embassy or Consulate in your country (MPV Paris cannot be held responsible for any refusals of VISA applications).

Should I print out my e-ticket?

Print out your e-ticket so that you can present it to the hostesses at the entrance of the show.

 

Are children allowed into the show?

For safety and security reasons, children are not allowed into the show.

 

Are pets allowed in?

Pets are not allowed into the show, even on leash. If you do not adhere to this rule, the show reserves the right to ask you to leave

 

Are there any specific security measures in place?

We have put measures in place for everyone's safety and security (exhibitors and visitors) over the 3 days.

On arrival, you will be asked to open your coat and bag for a visual check.

If the security guards have any cause for concern or find any suspicious objects when scanning you with the magnetometer, you may be asked to undergo a security pat-down.

The security team will also inspect all bags and luggage.
