Can anyone visit the show?
The show is open to marketing at retail professionals only.
If you are a student in the sector, please provide your student card or, if you have not yet received it, your course attendance certificate (certificat de scolarité) and your student badge.
You will be able to order your free badge at the end of 2019.
How to get an invitation letter for my visa?
All foreign nationals wishing to come to France must be able to produce regulatory proof at the border relating to the purpose of their stay, their means of subsistence and their accommodation.
In general, unless an exemption exists, a visa is necessary. It must be requested and obtained before departure, from the French Embassy or Consulate in the applicant’s country of residence.
Here are the steps you have to complete:
- Order your badge on the web site and ask for your invitation letter
- Print out and present this letter together with your visa application at the French Embassy or Consulate in your country

Does the show have access for persons with reduced mobility?
Paris-Expo Porte de Versailles exhibition centre has facilities for persons with reduced mobility. Wheelchairs are provided, subject to availability, from the Information Desk at the main entrance to Porte de Versailles (door A) or at the Poste Générale de Sécurité [Exhibition Centre’s General Security Office] (outside opening hours).
There is an external lift in front of Pavilion 5 and another lift inside the show to access the first floor.
There is also priority access at the show entrances.
Are children allowed into the show?
For safety & security reasons, children are not allowed into the show.
Are pets allowed in?
Pets are not allowed into the show, even on a leash. If you do not adhere to this rule, the show reserves the right to ask you to leave.
Are there any specific security measures in place?
We have put measures in place for everyone’s safety and security (exhibitors and visitors) over the 3 days.
On arrival, you will be asked to open your coat and bag for a visual check.
If the security guards have any cause for concern or find any suspicious objects when scanning you with the magnetometer, you may be asked to undergo a security pat-down.
The security teams will also inspect all bags and luggage.
What are the benefits of pre-ordering your badge?
Ordering your badge online before the show allows you to direct access to the show.
Do I need to print my badge?
Yes. You need to show a full-colour print-out of your badge at the entrance to the show.
I have received an invitation from one of my suppliers. What do I need to do?
Complete the registration form. This applies to both standard and VIP invitations.
You will be asked for your code at the start of the registration process but you must complete the full registration process to obtain an e-badge. Important: each invitation has a different promotional code. You will receive your free badge by email. Print it out and enter the show without having to queue.
Can I order several badges at the same time, for myself and my colleagues, for example?
On the “Summary” page of the registration form, you can click on “Change or add colleagues” to order several badges. If you forget to register your colleagues when you register yourself, you can register again, re-using your free pass code if you have one.
I ordered my badge online but haven’t received anything.
First, check your spam folder. If the confirmation email is not in this folder, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +33 (0)1 47 56 24 33. To ensure you receive emails from us, add email@example.com to your contacts.
I have lost my badge. What do I do?
If you received your badge by email, simply locate your confirmation email and print it again. If you can’t find the email, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your full name and company name. We will email it to you again. Print it to access the show direct without having to queue.
I now realise I can’t attend the show and want to send a colleague in my place.

How to get to the show?
All the travel information (free shuttle buses from train stations and airports, metro, bus, tram, car) can be found here.
I am coming to visit the show. Do I qualify for any public transport or accommodation discounts?
All our Air France and SNCF offers and the deals from our accommodation partners are here. NB: the SNCF discount coupons are not valid online. They can only be used at travel agencies and SNCF ticket offices.
Is there a car park near the Show?
Yes. There are several paying car parks near the show.
Is there a left luggage office or a cloakroom?
There is a cloakroom at the entrance to the show. The cost is €3 for small items and €4 for large items such as suitcases.
Please collect your items 30 minutes before the show closes.
NB: if you have a VIP badge you can use the cloakroom free of charge.
Are there restaurants or cafés at the show?
There are several snack bars and restaurants inside the show and nearby outside.
Can I withdraw money at the show?
6 cash machines are available 24/7 at Paris expo Porte de Versailles. Main ones are:
Main aisle, Gate A
Pavilion 3, Gate A
Is there wifi access at the show?
You have free access to the Business Centre providing wifi, photocopying, fax and other services.
Is there a lost property facility at the show?
Yes. If you lose something, please ask at the Commissariat Général [Organizer Office reception].
